On the plus side although too long the manufacturers have had the forethought to provide plastic blanks for the exposed thread ends to prevent catching exposed skin.In general it is the best value by a long way on the internet and was found very acceptable by my grandson. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars tiny, unbalanced, flimsy, expensive *by T***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 May 2011* As a toy for an under 3, this might be barely passable. If you're hoping to have an older child take part in gardening this item is pretty much worthless. The wheel is hard & somewhat wobbly so it's only usable on good paths. The tray is really shallow so stuff falls out constantly. The legs are too close together to be stable and the handles are too low for a child older than 3. It doesn't go together quite right on assembly.
