No doubt that it has great functionality. Indeed it’s a quiet machine it doesn’t make much noise. The package was great. I was initially facing issue with stitches that it made … my machine kept skipping stitches for six months, and I tried all the possible things to rectify it, but it did not work. Also, I followed the instruction in the manual so then I tried changing the plastic foot that came with the machine into a steel foot and then it just worked fine and there were no skipped stitches . I tried contacting the support they didn’t respond ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's nice but it gave shock *by J***P on 30 April 2023* It gives shock feeling. But otherwise good.
