HOLY GRAIL!! I’ve been getting in salon keratin treatments every 3–4 months for $400+ for years, as I live in a rainy, humid climate. I’ve been eyeing home options and finally bit the bullet and bought this product. It has literally given me an even better result — for a fraction of the price. Get the kit with 2 shampoos and one conditioner. You will need to do a double clarifying shampoo first before starting. I also picked up a few inexpensive but super helpful tools: hair clips for sectioning, a detangling wet brush, a fine-tooth comb (critical), a round brush (also critical), and some disposable plastic caps. As I write this, I’m actually giving my daughter her first treatment! I definitely recommend doing this in a very well-ventilated space and wearing a mask, especially during the drying and straightening steps — and add a big fan if you can. The only thing I did differently from the instructions was after straightening—leave the treatment in for about 5–6 hours before washing it out. My results? Silky, frizz-free, shiny hair that feels like it came straight out of a salon. Absolute game changer. It’s been 2 weeks and my hair has never ever looked better.

This keratin system for my hair has been excellent! I have 3c hair and I’ve gotten many compliments on how good my hair looks since treating my hair. I’ve had a treatment done in the salon before and after the wash out my curls were half straight. However, with this system, my curls were uniform and they looked really good. Good enough to where if I wanted to wear it curly I could. Drying time and straightening time in between treatments is a was a breeze for me especially since I realized it was best to wash my hair once a week after the treatment. The smell is a little strong but after u blow dry it it’s ok. A little sticky after but once you straighten your hair with the treatment in it it’s ok. My curls did start reverting back after 3 months. My sister also used it and she has 4a hair. She washed the treatment out same day and it still came out shiny and smooth. You could run your fingers through her hair! 10/10 Im defiantly getting this system again.

I am a professional stylist who works on natural hair and let me tell you. This is my new smoothing treatment in salon. I had to do a little research to put together specifics on instructions because every set of instructions I came across was missing certain details I felt were important. Hopefully I can come back and add before and after video once I edit videos into one. 1. Clarify twice with clarifying shampoo 2. Towel dry really well 3. Divide hair into for quadrants 3a. Pour about 3 oz of treatment in a tint bowl 3b. You will need a fan, goggles, and have mask because the fumes will get to you and the client 4. Take 1/2 inch subsections depending on thickness/coarsness of hair. Use smaller sections if dealing with coarse/thick hair 5. With gloves on, and using a tint brush, apply treatment 1/2 inch away from scalp 6. Comb through to remove excess product 7. Continue until full head is complete 8. Let treatment sit on hair 20 - 60 minutes 8a. 20 minutes fine hair, 30 minutes average hair, 40 minutes coarse hair ( I did 40 minutes on my client with curly, thick, but fine hair) 8b. Comb hair smooth every 10 minutes while processing 9. Blow dry hair straight with a brush section by section 10. Flat iron section by section and 8-10 passes each section (I set my iron on 450) adjust temp according to manufacturers directions 11. Shampoo with smoothing shampoo in kit ( my clients hair did not curl back up until I put the shampoo and when then it didn't curl as much as it use to) 11a. Condition 12. Blowdry ( at this point I didn't even have to section to blow dry. Her hair was so easy to control) 13. Style ( I first iron again due to my client having extremely curly hair. It only took one pass of the flat iron over her hair. I was AMAZED) THIS ONE IS THE TRUTH. NO FORMALDEHYDE was what I was looking for. It takes a lot of time to do. As a professional it took me 4 hours on a client whose hair wasn't too too thick and I move pretty quick. I can't wait to get client feedback after a couple weeks pass.

Awesome product!!! Will definitely buy again when needed it actually works! My first time using a product like this and I am very pleased with the results my hair is smooth and very soft! I have very long medium curly hair, so I followed instructions which were easy to read and followed with 1 change I did rinse out with water the product from my hair after 30min of letting is set for my first time I didn't want to do longer and I didn't want to leave it in as the directions say then just blow it and style and the product has a strong (NOT BAD) smell that made my eyes water. So, I rinsed and then blew dry my hair then flat iron it. I love my hair!!! It's hot and humid weather for the past couple of days and will be for a couple of more weeks so far day one my hair STAYS flat and NOT frizzy!!!!! My hair is glossy and soft!
