Arrived well packaged in a huge box. I was worried I had ordered the wrong size! However once installed it looks elegant & simple. Gives a nice bright, but not harsh, light.

Glass not pure white, it's patterned
Glass not pure white, it's patterned. Also not sure it's Chrome.... Sent back, be careful returns only at Hermes shops or drop off pionts!!!!

Just what I wanted
When I first opened the box, I thought it was massive and would look too big. However, when it was fitted, it was perfect. The light is far brighter than in the photo, giving more of a daylight brightness. Unfortunately, I gave it four stars as there are a couple of chips in it and to return it, would not have been cost effective. Luckily, you can hardly see the chips once up.
